I was offered an interview a few days after I submitted my resume online. I met with a woman in the Express Pros office and discussed the work experience I had submitted. She asked about my preferences for employment and what jobs I would absolutely not want to consider. I made clear that I was looking for office-related work only and that manual labor jobs were off the table. The woman told me that unfortunately the jobs that I had applied for had just been filled hours before (which, based on other reviews I am skeptical about) and that there were tons of production line jobs available if I just "broadened my interests". She requested that I send her a physical copy of my resume via email (despite the fact that I already had submitted it to them online) and I would be receiving some assessments to take which would demonstrate my proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office products, etc. I emailed my resume immediately following the interview and received no response (or additional emails regarding the tests). Today I received a call (3 and half weeks later) asking if I was still interested in their jobs or if my availability had changed. I let the woman know that I was extremely dissatisfied with their staffing service and that I was no longer confident in their abilities to find me employment. Thank goodness I have found a job by applying through different job websites because I would be in a very tough position at this point if I had simply been relying on Express Pros to find me work.
