First there will be GD or Jam session, 2nd round will be Online written test which contains aptitude, reasoning, English, Java, Testing questions. 3rd n 4th rounds will be HR rounds.

first gd, then online test then description about the policy of the company and then telephonic round. environment is friendly but the main problem i saw was the policy for submitting 1 lakh rs cheque for the confirmation which they said would be given back after joining Ibm or so.
