After applying I received an invite to a zoom call with two interviewers. They started with some general personality questions and then moved into technical questions specifically about java. The next step after that is a technical review with coding challenges and design problems.

The phone screen was very formal, with the first half being about typical behavioral and cultural questions, and the second half being about Java and OOP. The phone interview takes about 30 minutes.
