Typically a 30mins call with HR then a 30mins call with the hiring manager. If you're moving forward, then there are ~2 panel interviews with 3-5 people. The process typically moves relatively fast, <2 months.

I was reached out by talent acquisition for screening call. The talent acquisition was nice and asked typical screening questions. The person did suggest on how I should answer some of the questions if they were also asked by the hiring manager. It was nice to receive the feedback but gave me some perspective about the type of culture which wasn't a good fit for me. I did get to speak with the hiring manager but didn't proceed any further. I think we both realized it wasn't a good fit.

Interview
First talked with HR over phone. After initial screening, all the remaining interviews were over zoom. Most of the people treated me with respect. The overall process took about a month.
