Executive Solutions interview questions

Pleasant office, receptionist and interviewer. However, I was told that I was interviewing for "fundraising" and that they don't just "hire managers". In order to be promoted to a manager, you have to know the fundraising. I understand that, but then the job title shouldn't have reflected otherwise.
