Zoom with the recruiter followed by an in-person meeting that felt more like a tour than a true interview. There wasn’t much opportunity to ask meaningful questions or engage in a real conversation, and I ultimately heard back a few weeks later that they had decided to move forward with another candidate.

Terrible communication, would take weeks or a month to hear back. Had a few virtual interviews, made it to the final prospecting project last round. Submitted it and found out the position was filled via LinkedIn months afterwards. Never heard anything after submitting.
