I have a phone screening and then 2 inperson interviews, after talking to the Director of QA who asked about skills that were listed as optional (easy to learn tools I just hadn't used yet) I was ghosted by the entire company including HR - and then they reposted the exact same job to LinkedIn 3 months later - I reapplied and still no one is talking to me
