I was asked your basic interview questions, after the allotted 30 minutes, I had to ask what is the ETA to hear about the possible next step? Oh, possibly in 3 business days. 2 weeks I reached back, left a voicemail to the recruiter, no reply. Another week later another voicemail no reply. 2 months after my initial interview, basically ghosted a simple thanks but no thanks email. Just a poor display of follow up & communication! You want your prospects to check all the boxes but yet fail during the interview process.
