The process was efficient and quick. The company was great at communicating the next steps and supplying information up front about the role. The interviewers were prompt and engaging during the interview.

What is your experience working with a book of business?
Recruiter interview & the the hiring manager interview. All employees advised they were there less than a year. The hiring managers were absolutely awful & it felt like an interview to a join a high school friend group.

Meet with small teams (on Zoom during COVID times), very friendly and personal although awkward at times. They mostly want to see how you interact with people and if you will fit in well with the culture.
