A joke. There several rounds of interviews spanning many weeks with questions like “what kind of super power would you want”
This is an entry level position where they just require you to be on the phones all day.
When I questioned why this process was so long I was told ,”my sister was looking for a job and some places never even called her back”

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Everspring (Chicago, IL)

Process went smooth and fast and onboarding manager was energetic and friendly, it was a great experience to learn more about the company! Interviewer asked me very basic questions for the screener and then the next interview was a 1 hour interview

30 minutes phone screen over resume and skills then 1.5 hour Zoom in depth interview with 3 directors. The Zoom interview went over more details on the day to day of the position and was very comfortable
