1st step is a 15 min phone screening with recruiter.
2nd step is interview with manager and supervisor. Basic star format question related to explaining things to customers, working in a team, explaining something to someone etc.

Interview
This is another "Ghost Hiring" company.
I applied via employee referral and was invited to a drive at their Hyderabad office in Feb, 2026. The mismanagement was appalling. About 800 candidates turned up and a huge number of them were turned away saying they cannot interview so many in a single day and they were told that they will be called again the following week which did not happen. Only the referred employees had entry, so how could they not know that those many candidates were going to be present? And the resume screening was done on the spot. What is the point in applying online and filling a long application when in the end the candidate has to stand in long queues only for their resume to be rejected?
Getting to the interviewer was a nightmare. The management had no clue how to deal with AI/ML candidates. I was made to walk multiple floors, between different cabins for at least 2 hours as they couldn't figure out who to send me to. Finally I was interviewed by someone who rated me low in Python though I was asked no questions in it. The funny thing is, I reminded the interviewer about the coding questions and he said the next round will cover it and still went on to rate me bad in it when in fact the form had a "Not Evaluated" option. Anyways, I qualified for round 2.
The second & final round went well and I was assured I will be considered for the role and was also told the responsibilities I'll be assigned. I was also told that I'll be called the following week by the HR.
I received a form after 2 weeks asking personal & salary details. After a wait of another 2 weeks and multiple follow-ups, a meet-and-greet interview was scheduled by the HR which he said would be a HR interview but it was technical again. No communication from evernorth whatsoever after that. No response to my emails and calls and when the employee who referred me followed-up with the HR, he was told that I'm selected and will receive a call by the end of the week which didn't happen. And after 2 months I receive a rejection email.
Evernorth/Cigna had a very good reputation, but the impression is reversing now. I am one of the many candidates who has gone through this. Stop wasting our time with your insincere process when you have no intention of hiring!!

Interview
The entire interview process spanned around 2 months. It began with a technical assessment, after which the first in-person interview was scheduled. In this round, all core Salesforce concepts were covered along with two coding questions (one on Triggers and one on LWC).
The second round was with an Architect, where again a deep dive into Salesforce concepts was done, along with detailed discussions on the projects mentioned in my resume.
The third round was with another Architect, focusing more on the design aspect of Salesforce. Multiple scenarios were given, and I was asked to explain how I would design solutions for them.
Finally, after all these rounds, there was an HR discussion.
