They posted the job daily for weeks on end. I finally got a call to come in 2 weeks later. The office is a dump in a dumpy office park. The Manager I interviewed with was extremely self entitled and arrogant. This was a huge waste of time. It is a micromanagement environment, bottom feeder company with low wages.

The interview covered role expectations, salary, benefits, accommodation, and training. Focused on company discipline, environment, and global ambitions, it assessed both logistics and alignment with company culture. It was a nice team
Remoted interview within 30 mintues and self intro, a bit of company describition, then go through the company prospect and the working environment. Overall pretty flexible and relaxing peroid. Try your best to be naturally to promote yourself.
