Well I had a phone interview HR said she’ll call me at a certain time she called me 15 minutes late. It was a 5 minute phone interview I guess I didn’t answer the questions to her satisfaction so 5 minutes later I got a email saying I didn’t get the job. There hiring process is a joke.

I got a phone call asked a bunch of my questions about my experience. Was told that they would call my references and they would get back to me. 3 weeks later no call or anything. The real slap in the face is they made another job posting urgently looking for CNAs.
(Update): I found a job at a really nice place there loss good luck finding anybody to work there during these times.
