3 Rounds, 2 case study, 1 cultural fitment round (In Person), interviews were 1 week apart so had good time to prepare. Interviewer were supportive and hard to please but overall positive and helpful

1. Profitability Case study: Had to analyse why profits are declining
2. Second interview was a case study related to my current job, industry trends, knowledge of field was checked
3. Cultural round was basic HR, why join?, what makes you a good fit, What current company has to offer to make you stay, what are something that will make you feel everest is not a right fit for you
The interview has 2 rounds. 1st round is case interview which typically lasts for 30mins to 1 hr. Interviewee is expected to solve cases and guesstimates given to them.
