Interview
The application process is made of 4 main steps:online application where you need to provide generale info, first round interview with a partner, second round interview with an analyst at Evercore and finally assessment centre. The first round interview was mainly behavioural and motivational questions. Technical skills were not asked.
Know your techs, barely any behaviorals, just straight grilling for 30 mins. Definitely one of the harder interviews on the street, so know techs like the back of your hand if you want a shot at moving past
I had to network to get a first round interview. The interview was purely technical with an associate and analyst. Questions were why Rx recent deal, and open ended Rx specifics

Interview
Hirevue. 5 - 7 questions, each with 2 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. Generally motivational, with a couple market based questions at the end. No difficult technical questions
