Zoom call with CIO, followed by some cryptic coding assignment that has practically no instructions. Then you get feedback on your work from some pretentious development lead, who criticizes your code because you did not write it exactly how he would.

Interview
The interview lasted for 2 hours. Met with project manager for half an hour in which basic work related questions were asked and how you would handle different job related tasks and scenarios. The rest of the 1.5 hour involved a whiteboard session and writing pseudo code and solving a coding problem.
