      Revenue Operations Manager Interview

      Apr 10, 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at EvenUp in Feb 2026

      Interview

Completely unethical. The company asked me to do an extensive take-home assignment right after the recruiter interview. Take-home assignments and presentations are not atypical for my role, but I thought it was strange that they had me do it before meeting with anyone on the team, including the hiring manager. I spent multiple days working on it and felt proud of what I submitted. Then a week and a half later after not hearing from them, I hear from the recruiter that they offered the position to another candidate that was further a long in the process. I thought it was extremely unprofessional and unethical that they asked me to spend time on an assignment and never let me meet the team. It was a complete disregard for my time, meanwhile I gave them a thoughtful analysis that they may be now using in their business. I would never recommend working for this company.
