The interview process consists of 3 rounds.
Written Test-you have to solve questions from your subject
Technical Round where they will test your knowledge on Statistics through a video interview
HR Round consists of the general questions regarding joining date,salary.
There were 2 online tests. These had time limits - one for English (basic grammar questions and essay type) and one for Statistics (problem solving ). This was followed by an interview.

Interview
It was very smooth and relatively skill based. The hiring procedure began with two aptitude tests (English & Statistics) followed by a technical interview. The HR Team was very supportive throughout the process.
