The first stage was a competency interview, the second stage was verbal and numerical reasoning assessments, and lastly, the thrid and final stage was a presentation set on a theme from the pharma industry.

The interview was half an hour long and consisted of a 15 minute presentation on the pharmaceutical market and other specific questions I had been given before the interview, and was followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. I was interviewed by two current team leads.
