Interview
A full medical examination followed by two interviews with two separate panels. One interview covered personal skills and work history, the other focused on specific knowledge required for the job.
Technical plus non technical interview with different levels of hierarchy, 4 standard questions and then about my background . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
We started with a short chat, followed by questions on my CV and job-specific qualifications. The main part were topical questions about the job, the policy area and the DG.
