They have mailed and called directly for face to face interview. After reaching the venue almost 500 people were there, they haven't shortlisted the resume before hand. They made us wait for 1.5 hours and shortlisted resume. They have sent back half of the people saying ur resume is not fit which they could have done even without calling in person. For the shortlisted candidates they have kept 1st round as technical where they wanted us to code and all. First of all it's for manual role why coding and they rejected few profiles. Second round is managerial and third is hr. If they are calling you to attend face to face interview directly please don't go, out of 500 they will select 5 for that we have to go and get our nose cut. They won't do resume shortlisting before hand after going there even without interview almost half people went back. Please attend only if it is online interview
