I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eurofins (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was extremely lengthy with the actual live interview itself lasting at least 2 hours with numerous stakeholders. There was a lack of communication regarding the recruitment process and interview formalities. Overall, I feel neutral regarding the interview as I enjoyed the company culture and their flexibility but thought they could improve on communication with those applying.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Eurofins in Oct 2025
Interview
I had a scheduled interview that was confirmed by the Talent Engagement Team. One the day that I was scheduled to have a call, the recruiter reached out to me that something had come up and she needed to reschedule so we agreed on and confirmed a new time to speak. I did not hear from anybody at the confirmed time. I reached out a few minutes into the scheduled time to ask if the meeting was still at a good time, but never heard anything back.
3 rounds, HR->technical->on site visit. HR phone screen was about 30 mins with basic BQ and introduction to the role. Technical round was 1 hour with team members and the manager.
