There is a total of 3 interviews. The first is going to be with the recruiter and I basically just described my skills and experience. What my purpose of going through with my career. 2nd is with the team lead and operations manager. They asked me some simple scientific questions and tried to understand what skill sets I had. The interview was more like a conversation. Was very nice and pleasant. 3rd time was with the big boss. Overall not too bad. I think the main focus was if I was a good fit into their group more so than my skill set. Personality, character and work ethic.
