I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Eurofins (Lancaster, PA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I was contacted by someone on linkedIn and received an interview within a few days. The Interview was virtual due to covid-19 and last two hours. It was 30 minute intervals with four different people. More situation/behavioral question. They all asked basically the same questions so very repetitive. I received in offer in under a week. The hiring process takes about a month in total; 2 weeks after an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Eurofins (Lancaster, PA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Quite extensive. It took about 3 hours and interviewed with 3 people total- 2 department managers and a job recruiter (it was supposed to be 3 managers, but one was out that week). Each interviewer was very friendly and asked questions that seemed to be quite relevant to the position. I felt very comfortable, but I was asked the same or very similar questions by each interviewer- which I found odd. After the initial interview, I was asked to submit a college transcript, and was sent to an occupational lab facility about 1-2 weeks later for a pre-employment health screen and drug test.
