I sent in my application along with references before the actual interview. The interview itself was relaxed and it was just with the hiring manager. A significant time later, I finally heard back from HR.

Interview
I only had one interview. the first part was a facility tour, then a chat with the manager and the team, then a chat with just the manager, then an interview with the marketing person I think. it took about two hours but was very relaxed.
