Eurest Program Manager interview questions

One question was: how many years of experience in sustainability you have? What? Wait! I told her my MBA was MBA focusing on sustainability and I did couple projects (1 year experience) in this field. She was little disappointed (I could feel via her response after that). Couple things: first, I did not make up my resume. It means my resume shows that I have 1 year experience in Sustainability. Second, she might not screen resume well. If a candidate does not have enough experience as job requires, please skip or mark failed. Don't waste time on both.
