On line questions you have to record your answers via video. Drugs screen and background checks are mandatory. Screening process can take awhile- sometimes a couple weeks. On boarding also can take some time so give yourself ample time before you give notice from another job.

Interview
Took a long time. First it was a phone interview, then a video interview, then 2 more face to face interviews. Just be patient with the process. After all the interviews, it took a month for the hr person to get back to me on my acceptance. The process was smooth after sending the acceptance letter.
