Interview process was similar to other companies. HR round followed by face to face with manager.

Question 1
Interviewer: Can you write 15 articles in a day?
Me: (came to know that they looking for someone expert in plagiarism who can copy someone else's work, so started playing around)
15 Articles... 500 words or 350 words?
Interviewer: hmmm...550 words including summary.
Me: Apart from articles what other things I'd be working on?
Interviewer: SBM(social book marking)
Me: How many SBMs you expect after completing 15 articles?
Interviewer: We expect you to write 100-150 SBM per day.

I was asked to manage QA department on my own, my own decsions in Testing, i thought its just a questions so i said yes but later i find out i am the solely responisble for any thing happen in Product Quality.
