Initial communication was on the phone and took approximately 10 minutes to ask a couple of questions and then schedule an in person interview. 1 hour before the in person interview was to take place I received a call to reschedule it for another day. I was just getting in my car at the time (what the heck). When the interview took place I was asked a basic series of questions nothing I hadn't heard before. A second and final interview was scheduled for the following week with a senior VP which lasted all of 20 minutes and then as we were leaving together he mentioned casually that the job was mine. 2 days later received a letter of offer.
