Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions interview questions

Interview with two company owners gives you a good perspective of the company. There were a variety of interview questions asked specific to the position requirements. Overall the questions were average and no trip up questions were asked. the interview process was straight forward and respectful.

Thought I was going for an interview for a job they were specifically hiring for (not a temp job). It was a bait and switch. Took all my personal information, tons of paperwork even a training video unrelated to what I applied for. Never discussed the actual job once and haven't heard anything from them since. Filing a complaint with DOL, be very careful they are a scam.
