Essilor .NET Developer interview questions

1. Initial interview with HR 2. Interview with Technical 3. Client interview 4. Final interview The process was smooth until the final interview. The hiring manager was looking for a male candidate so that they can carry things if ever they would be put on field (Lame excuse! and btw because I was applying for a developer). The hiring manager said they would call me back after they would hire first a male candidate. (They should've pointed that out at their qualifications even before entertaining any candidate). And then weeks passed, the HR told me that the project was put on hold, while the other HR texted me that they would not be pursuing my application anymore.
