Too many Rounds. HR - Manager of the function - Head of the Department - COO - CBO: Five Rounds Sometimes the Head Office Guys as well!! Takes quite a long time as well. Need better systems and faster process,
It was an initial phone screening interview with HR. Then I was invited to visit the office for an in-person interview. The overall process was very friendly and wasn't particularly demanding.

Interview
screening téléphone RH puis entretien à Charenton avec RH et Manager.
Tu poses une journée de congé en s'arrangeant pour que ton boss ne flaire pas le coup, tu mets ton costume et tu cires tes pompes, tu vas faire l'entretien, le manager ne parle que de lui pendant 1H, la RH ne dit rien, promet des nouvelles dans la semaine, tu remercies par mail de l'entretien, et tu ne reçois jamais aucune nouvelle....
ça donne une bonne idée de l'ambiance d'entreprise et de la culture RH..
