      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Essential Engine (San Angelo, TX) in Jul 2020

      Interview

Very easy and quick. Two interviews, one with HR and then with the hiring manager. Things started off on a positive path and later the reviews became true. This is a great position for those who are just getting into sales.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Essential Engine (Eagan, MN) in Mar 2014

      Interview

Interview is very easy with a very basic assessment. Meet with a manager and/or team leader. The company in general offers very little promise for the future, interviewers were disorganized and did not seem as if they had ever interviewed someone before.

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Essential Engine (Eagan, MN) in Jan 2013

      Interview

They use someone to do the first interview. The second interview is with the sales manager where he tells you about the position and what they do. Then asks you questions as to why you would be a fit. The 3rd interview is phone interview because he wants to hear your sales pitch over the phone. If everything is a go from there then you get the position.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There was none. They were all out of the book of regular interview questions.
