A zoom interview was set up and HR did not join the zoom call. Instead I had a missed call my cell phone. It was a cat and mouse chase to start. I felt I did fine, although HR was new to the firm and not very engaging. After a week of not hearing back regarding the interview I found out I didn't move on because "I was too aggressive with my response and was not a cultural fit". I felt I was not given a fair chance because we spent too much time trying to connect after HR ignored the zoom call she had set up.
