Recruiter asked more questions from me. Meet n’ greet - about one or two questions were asked of me. Overall, it seemed like they weren’t too picky if they needed you in a unit.

Question 1
The recruiter asked me: They consisted of the amount of hours I spent in the unit, the type of patient care experience I have, the time I’ve gone above and beyond for someone, a challenging situation. During the meet and greet they asked to tell them about about the type of work experience i have, and about a time I faced a challenging situation.
In person interview, was asked a set of behavioral questions. Questions like dealing with difficult coworkers, a time you made a mistake, a time you had a triumph, gave good customer service, etc.
