First, they conduct an aptitude round as an elimination round, after that they will conduct technical assements, mostly included C++, JavaScript and OOPS for the shortlisted, then they’ll conduct three more rounds namely Technical, Managerial and HR interviews

The whole process from application to offer took 4,5 months. During that time I had to ask for updates. Esko never informed me proactively. After those months an offer was made orally, which was not clear at all and did not mention all aspects of the wage packets. When I asked to get the offer on paper and asked questions why it was lower than expected, the offer was rescinded out of fear the struggles with the wage would continue in the future, without any extra conversation where I could address those concerns. Rescinding an offer and going back on ones word is for me, on top of the inadequate communication, just unprofessional. For a company that has integrity in its core values, very little of it was applied during this process.
