I submitted my application online. I received an email a week later to schedule a pre-screen interview. The phone pre-screen was with the recruiter. I was called a week after the pre-screen to be scheduled for the first onsite interview. The first onsite interview was with the hiring manager. I was told that they would contact me back in a week to find out if I would be moving into the next round of interviews. I was called 2 days later to be scheduled for the final interview. The final onsite interview was with executive leadership and another employee at my same level. I was called by the recruiter the next day to be extended an offer.
