Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Strengths, weaknesses Values Technical skills Work experience Hobbies and interests
Not too difficult. They are obsessed with the cover letter. In the age of AI, this is pretty silly, but I'm not one to judge. So make sure you get AI to address the values and you are good. The recruiters aren't really that experienced, they probably care more about getting along with you, than your actual capabilities.

Question 1
Applications starts with values, then the first screening is really just about whether the young recruiter likes you.
