Escalent interview questions

This was an initial phone screening with the company recruiter. It was a friendly, get to know you type call and the recruiter stated that they would pass along my resume to the manager of the position. They decided not to proceed with me and actually let me know about a week later. It was an incredibly professional process.

3 rounds - 1st was a quant and verbal type assessment test with CAT-style questions, 2nd was by a manager in the section I would be joining if successful, 3rd was with the upper management. 2nd as well as 3rd round had guesstimate type questions
