very relaxed, very informal. I sat down with the COO Jon Shayler and discussed my previous employment and what I had done previously before in past jobs. Jon was very interested in the different skills which were transferrable to the role I was applying for and showed a lot of interest in me as a person rather than just what I could do for the company. All in all, I felt very relaxed and this helped me interview well.
