Interview was scheduled in very short notice including managerial round. As this role was customer facing role hence it was quite grilling interview to test my patience . After all 3 rounds were done i received call from HR saying they want to proceed with me and i need to submit all my documents. i spent half day to fill their lengthy form, provided reference contacted my reference about if they receive any feedback call. salary slips, bank statement , all govt IDs etc etc. After i submitted docs , they did not contact back when i asked them after few days , they said position on hold now. If you are not clear about the position why do you waste candidate's time ? this is specific about ericssion bangalore and their HR team.
