I was interviewed over Skype , and we had a serious discussion on the scope and they asked me questions on my experiences and other relevant questions. We also discussed different areas of concern from the management within the project.

Very straightforward, two-way conversation interview to discuss role, responsibilities and target objectives around sourcing and procurement. Interviews typically involve recruiter screening, a hiring manager interview, a case or technical assessment, a second stakeholder interview focusing on delivery and sourcing, then references and offer.
