I was referred to this position by someone who had shared a leadership program with the hiring manager. I was then contacted and had an initial interview and a task to prepare a presentation.

The initial interview was quite generic, getting to know myself the experience i had, the ambition i had and obtain some more information around the area I was applying for, the type of role explained in the hiring managers words and ultimately i was requested to prepare a presentation on what strategy we need to focus on for the area i was entering into.
