I was a referral, but I essentially went through the same process as everyone else. First is a screening with a recruiter, which is pretty standard. Then, a quick interview with a hiring manager. If both parties choose to move forward, then you will do a presentation to a panel including all of the people involved in the process (recruiter, hiring manager, etc.) and others.
