I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equitable Advisors (Atlanta, GA) in May 2021
Interview
They called me three weeks after reviewing my application. In that time I had sent out dozens more applications and was surprised that they waited so long to reach out.
We set up and interview and I was sent a confirmation email which I replied Yes to. A day or two later I got another email with a different time, so I adjusted my schedule for the new time. No one showed up for the interview and I waited for thirty minutes.
I emailed to see if everything was okay and was told that we could reschedule and someone would reach out to me by the end of that day but I knew that nobody would reach out.
Haven't heard anything from them since.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.
Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Interview
Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
