Interview by 3 people, front desk manager, assistant general manager and then the general manager, not any different than any other typical job interview. Everyone is super nice and energetic.

Name a time where you were put in a difficult situation and how did you resolve it?
Quick phone screening, asked about my resume, asked about career experience and company knowledge, gave overview of scheduling (what shifts they offered) and asked to come in for in person interview.
Face to face interview with GM, Job offered on the spot. Easy behavioral questions and why Equinox questions. Will ask about you and your experience based on your resume. No group interviews from what I had seen.
very simple, informal in person interview asking why you are interested in this role and what you know about equinox. if you're good with a forward facing role interacting with people, especially in New York City and good at dealing with conflict
