Do not waste your time with this company. I originally interviewed for a role back in October. Went through phone screen, a teams interview, an in-person, and then a presentation with the whole team. I was told that they really liked me and wanted me to interview again for an additional role so I did that as well. About a week goes by and they let me know that they had some internal changes and are no longer hiring for either roles, but would reach out when they are hiring again. I was disappointed to say the least, but these things happen. Now we're in April and I receive an email saying that they are hiring for the role once again. I go through another phone screen as the recruiter has lost my resume, application, presentation, and all previous notes from my interviews. I have to send that all in again for her because she cannot find it. About a week goes by with no update, then she schedules me two interviews in a row. I have the first interview and the second ends up being canceled because "they're hiring fast and want to make a quick decision." I was told I would hear back by the end of the next day, but it took over a week from there. I received a generic, automatic reply rejection email from a do-not-reply type email address. When I replied to it asking for any information or feedback, I received no response. Imagine spending six months and seven interviews with a company just to get an automatic reply rejection email.
