The whole process was very much easier, the interviewers were friendly, didnt confuse much by asking tricky questions. They didnt strain me much to visit the interview spot as I was out of station during the interview. Within 2 days from the interview, they released the offer letter. My understanding is that they want to stick with the company for a longer period.
