Interview
Three rounds of interviews. First, a phone screen/initial interview with HR.
Next round was an hour Zoom call with the hiring manager.
Third round was an hour-long panel interview on Zoom, with the 4-person team I'd be working with.
Interviews went well, lots of good conversation. My experience would have been a great fit.
Unfortunately, despite following up, I never heard anything back from anyone. Completely ghosted. I rearranged my calendar for these interviews, and studied hard, so I'd be prepared. Incredibly rude, disrespectful and lacking basic common courtesy. Not even an email saying they'd chosen another candidate.

The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
