Interview
Straight forward interviewed with hiring manager and HR. Cleared technical and management questions, some senario situations. The interview was centered mostly on my management abilities and interaction with others up and down the organization.
I delined the offer as once disclosed, they have one of the most worthless healthcare offerings and PTO. Their benefits generally suck. Outrageously expensive and once it was disclosed declined the offer outright.

Describe a situation where you had more than one difficult employees reporting to you that failed to deliver.
Applied online and received a call from the Recruiter for this role. General screening questions. Followed by a phone call from the hiring manager and another call with peers. Fourth was in person with staff and final was another in person with hiring manager.
